Bhakti Yoga is the path of love, devotion, and complete surrender to God. In the Bhagavad Gita, Shri Krishna says that those who fix their hearts and minds on God and worship God with faith are the greatest devotees.
This path is simple—filled with love, trust, and connection with the Divine. Whether we pray, sing, remember God, or do good deeds with love, all of it becomes Bhakti Yoga. It teaches us that no matter who we are, if we offer our heart to God with sincerity, He will take care of us and help us cross every challenge in life.
Those who are kind, humble, peaceful, and loving to all living beings are especially dear to God.

If you walk the path of love, truth, and kindness with full faith and if you remember Me and keep Me in your heart, then you become very special to Me!
myNachiketa teaches Bhakti Yoga to kids through these simple teachings that help them understand the importance of love and devotion for God. This path leads them to peace, happiness, and in forming a strong connection with God.
1. Love God with All Your Heart

Shri Krishna says that those who think of him, trust him, and stay devoted to him are very dear to him. Like how we love our parents or best friends, we can also love God and feel his presence all the time.
When you take a few minutes each day to close your eyes, think of God, and say thank you, that is true devotion. It keeps your heart calm and connected.

2. You Can Worship God in Any Form

Some people love God with form, like Shri Krishna, Shri Ram or Devi Maa. Others pray to God as formless light. Both ways are right and helpful in reaching God. What matters is love and devotion in our hearts.
We can either pray to God with form or just meditate and try to experience God within us. Both of these ways please God.
3. Devotion Through the Right Action

Our sincere and dedicated actions are the best offering to God. Helping others, being honest, studying sincerely—all can be done to please God.
When you help your parents, do your homework sincerely, or share your toys with others, you can silently say, “God, I offer this to you.” Even small actions become special when we do them with love.
4. God Helps his Devotees

Shri Krishna promises that he will help those who work hard and have immense faith in him. He protects them and guides them through all the problems of life.
If you ever feel scared before a test, walking in a dark room, just close your eyes and say, “God, be with me.” You will feel calm, like someone is holding your hand and guiding you.

5. Be Calm and Kind to All
When someone makes a mistake, and you choose to forgive them instead of getting angry, it shows your peaceful and kind nature. They are the true devotees of God who can remain calm in every situation.
Your little brother accidentally breaks your favorite toy. You feel sad, but instead of shouting or getting angry, you tell him, “It’s okay. I know you didn’t do it on purpose.” This shows you have a peaceful heart, just like a true devotee.

6. Be Simple and Caring
You don’t need to please God by offering expensive things. A loving heart, caring nature, and humble attitude are enough.
We can still make someone smile without giving them any fancy gifts, instead by showing our love and care through our actions. We can help our parents with household chores, keep our rooms clean, spend some time with our grandparents and speak politely with others. God doesn’t need big things—just a big heart full of love.

7. Treat Everyone with Love
Whether someone is rich or poor, friend or stranger, a true devotee treats everyone with love and respect. God lives in every being.
When you speak politely to the school guard or share food with a classmate, you are treating everyone with respect. God is happy when we treat every person with kindness.

8. Offer Your Mind and Heart to God
While doing your daily tasks- studying, playing, singing or dancing always keep God with you. He will help you perform your best in everything.
While painting, singing, or reading, if you do your best and say, “God, this is for You,” it becomes an offering. Even a simple prayer or smile from you makes God happy.

Conclusion Bhakti Yoga teaches us to live with love, peace, and trust in God. It helps us become kind, humble, and fearless. Just like a river flows to the ocean, our love flows to God and fills our life with joy. By following Bhakti Yoga, we stay close to God in every step of life.
