Sant hans gun gahahi pay parihari bari bikar.
Meaning
This Ramayana doha says that God has made this world full of both virtues and faults in both living and non-living. Just as a swan separates milk from water, the saints imbibe virtues and discard faults.

9. Doha
संत कहहिं असि नीति प्रभु श्रुति पुरान मुनि गाव।
होइ न बिमल बिबेक उर गुर सन किएँ दुराव॥
Sant kahahin asi neeti prabhu, shruti puran muni gaav.
Hoi na bimal bibek ur, gur san kiyein duraav.
Meaning
This Ramayana doha emphasizes that true wisdom cannot be attained by those who hide things from their spiritual teacher. Wisemen and all the scriptures highlight the importance of transparency and honesty in the disciple-guru relationship for achieving true knowledge.

We should not hide our weaknesses from our teachers, because they can help us get rid of those weaknesses eventually making us strong.
10. Doha
बचन कर्म मन मोरि गति भजनु करहिं निःकाम।
तिन्ह के हृदय कमल महुँ करउँ सदा बिश्राम॥
Bachan karm man mori gati bhajanu karahi nishkam.
Tinh ke hriday kamal mahun karau sada vishram.
Meaning
God resides in the hearts of those whose actions, speech, and thoughts are dedicated to Him, and who worship Him with selfless devotion.
Message
God blesses those who dedicate all their actions—whether studying, playing, painting, or performing acts of kindness like helping others and caring for plants and animals—as offerings to Him.
